Batch sizes are unimportant to Lasered Components - a one-off design prototype will be processed with the same attention to detail as a full production run of several thousand.
 
We operate Autocad software and programme our customers components to provide the maximum sheet utlization with the assitance of Bystronics own programme software "Bysoft".
 
Further more, to ensure our customers of an efficient flow in production we have the versatilty of moving nested programmes from one machine to another, subject to sheet size. We operate a fully traceable production system with job sheets and data from the initial enquiry stage to despatch with the added advantage of our own transport if required.
